"My Year 10 class worked on a problem solving task with the Rasberry Pi single board computer. They connected the Rasberry Pi to a breadboard with LED's and a button and had to trouble shoot the circuit to not only light the LED's after an input but then animate a Scratch program character.

The groups were engaged throughout and there was a real buzz in the room as they worked through the challenge. The student feedback at the end of the session was really positive: 'It was fun and different to anything I've done before', 'I'm excited about the next Gizmo Cat session'."

Seton College ICT purchased several Raspberry Pi "Pi-Tops".
